LynchPyn · For the leader everyone depends on

You don't need another operating system.

Someone gave you this name for a reason.

You've installed the frameworks. Built the team. Run the playbooks. Some helped. Some didn't take. And here you are, looking again. Whatever you're reaching for isn't on that shelf.

Anthony DiMarco · Three decades building companies. Two decades learning with the world's most accomplished leaders what success and failure really look like from the inside.
The work

The business problem is rarely just the business problem.

I work on the business and the leader at the same time.

Most leaders come to me through the issue in front of them. The strategy. The team. The transition. The decision only they can make. That's real work, and it's where we begin.

But more often than not, the company runs better than the leader feels. And the two were never as separate as we pretend.

A company amplifies its leader. Whatever you carry, it carries at scale. Your clarity ends up in the numbers. So does what you avoid. You are the LynchPyn of your world. When you wobble, everything does.

Everyone brings you their problem. Who do you bring yours to?

That's where the work begins.

YOU ARE THE LYNCHPYN. WHEN YOU WOBBLE, EVERYTHING DOES.

You built it for a reason. More room. More choice. More presence. A company that didn't need you to force every turn.

For a lot of leaders it goes the other way. The bigger it gets, the less of that you actually feel.

You hit the number and it didn't land the way you thought it would. Or it did, for a minute, then it was gone. You closed the deal and drove home in silence.

Here's what's happening. Success keeps rewarding the parts of you that built it. The drive, the judgment, the push. Those get stronger, and the rest of you goes unused. The presence. The ease. The part that can actually enjoy what it built. The part you were building all of it for.

Most leaders can't name it at first. It arrives as a question:

You built the success. Did it give you back what you wanted, or just more to manage?

Asking it doesn't mean wanting less. The leaders who do this work keep building. What they get back is the reason they built it in the first place.

That question is usually when someone gives them my name.

"There were things I'd never said to anyone. There just wasn't a place in my life where I could say them without it costing me something. With Anthony that changed pretty quickly.

I could bring him the messy version of what I was thinking, before I'd cleaned it up or made it safe for anyone else to hear.

Decisions I'd been sitting on for years started moving in months."

What changes

Leaders who do this work find it moves in three directions.

The business first. The team gets cleaner. Decisions close. The things sitting on the desk too long finally move. That's what leaders come for, and they get it.

Then something slower. More trust in themselves. Less weight they don't need to carry. The freedom they were building toward stops being ahead of them and starts arriving in how they live now.

And eventually the work stops being about what they do. The goals don't change. The person going after them does.

An invitation

You can keep building. But you get what you’re really after when who you are catches up to the future you say you want.

If you’ve built something real and can feel the next chapter asking something different of you, let’s talk.
